Security deposit: $200 per unit.

Your security deposit is refundable within two weeks of your departure if unit is left in same condition as when you first occupied it.

Final payment, security deposit due and $80 cleaning fee is due:Four weeks before you are to arrive.

Refunds:

Winter Cancellation Policy:  Cancel within 2 weeks prior to stay 80% is refundable.

Summer Cancellation Policy:  Cancel within 1 Month prior to stay 50% is refundable.

100% refund if we cancel.

All rates subject to change without notice.

A 6% Oregon sales tax will be added to your final bill.
Limited to two vehicles per unit (City zoning ordnance).
Absolutely no Smoking.
Absolutely no pets.
