Reservation deposit is:
One night's stay due within two weeks of confirmation date to hold.
Security deposit: $200 per unit.
Send a separate check with final payment.
Refundable within two weeks of your departure if unit is left in same condition as when you first occupied it.
Final payment and security deposit due:
Two weeks before you are to arrive.
Cleaning fee: $80
Refunds:
If you cancel in the winter more than two weeks before your rental, for holiday more than a month and in the summer more than two months, and we can find another rental, 80% is refundable. Otherwise only 50% is refundable. Refundable in full if we must cancel.
All rates subject to change without notice.
A 6% Oregon sales tax will be added to your final bill.
Two vehicles per unit (City zoning requirement).
